We are so thrilled to announce that we played our first ever HOME game at our new campus on 6800 Golden Gate Parkway in August! On Monday, August 24 at 5pm, the boys NCA Flag Football team played against St. Ann Catholic School.
This game represents an immense investment of prayer, time, talents, and treasures. Our athletic programs have grown by leaps and bounds, and our dual focus on discipleship and athletic excellence is so unique in our community. So many have invested meaningfully to make home athletic competitions possible at NCA's new campus. As an NCA parent and team member, I am so grateful for those who've donated in order to bring this vision to life.
Teachers, coaches, volunteers -- and everyone who serves at NCA -- are doing eternal work. Christian education is about building Christ's Kindgom and discipling the next generation of Christian leaders. At NCA, we want to do this work with excellence, enthusiasm, passion, and commitment. This first home game represents a significant milestone, certainly -- we can't disciple students without excellent facilities that point to God as Creator and Provider. We're so grateful to God; He's proven Himself to our community time and time again. We give Him all praise and all glory.
And, I'm also pleased to share that the NCA Flag Football team WON their first game -- the first at our new campus --34-30. Go Warriors!
